Most unprofessional PA in NC. She did not pay attention to detail

Did not listen to me during visit and was dismissive of my concerns and needs. Canceled my procedures with a different provider (a doctor) without speaking to me because of an insurance issue (and did not give me a chance to address with my insurance company or talk with the doctor). PAs do not have as much training as MDs so not sure why she would cancel the procedure.

I started to have these scary attacks of tachycardia, stomach pain, and IBS symptoms, vomiting and the like, and she tried to tell me it was all psychological, chalking it up it up to just anxiety. After about a year of this misery, 5 ER visits, and losing 40lbs from not being able to eat, I learn from an ER doctor that I should get a Hida Scan to check my gallbladder ejection fraction. My primary care doctor was the one that ordered it and guess what? 20% ejection fraction! Way below normal! One surgery and 7 months of recovery later I finally got my life back, but Molly hasn’t even bothered to call or check on me since I had my surgery. She also dismissed my concerns that the problem was my gallbladder before I had my surgery. I’m switching to another provider, and if she reads this, I ask that she do better to listen to patients and consider all etiologies before ignoring their concerns.
