I have chronic rhinitis which is managed by antibiotics 2 to 4 times a year. I couldn’t get to my ENT who is at a world renowned hospital in Manhattan; based on my decade long battle with this condition this person has zero understanding of much. I waited 2 hours for a literal 3 minute appointment. I heard all about the CDC and how sinus infections are all viruses and aren’t helped by antibiotics. Stay in your lane you are not a doctor, and definitely not an ENT. The wind up was she gave me antibiotics but not enough to clear up the issue. All while talking down to me when I was trying to explain what I’m usually given. So her arrogance showed her ignorance quickly.
