I had two visits to Nicole to check out the cyst on my finger. She identified it and the cause right away. She told me what to expect, whether or not it might go away and what to do if it burst or got worse. She was friendly and attentive. When the cyst progressed in a bad way, she suggested we remove it. Dr. Naram did the surgery at Baystate Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery in Springfield. Two weeks later I followed up at his office at 2 Medical Dr. He is a skilled and caring surgeon. The surgery went very well. I got excellent care from him, his surgical team, and Nicole. All were attentive, explained what to expect and were patient. The nursing staff and anesthesiologist were also terrific. Thanks to them all. A month later and I barely have a mark on my finger. I hope to never have surgery again, but will not hesitate if I need to see Nicole or Dr. Naram again.

Hi my name is Scott. I was in a motorcycle accident with severe injury to my left knee. I was on my 2nd appointment with Nicole about a month after my accident. She took excellent care of me. Doctor said it was getting infected and I might need another immediate surgery. Nicole came in and we talked and she knew I was not happy at all. Before I knew it she had me laughing so hard she made my day. Anyone that can do that after bad news is a special person in my mind. She lights up the room luvher
