Doctor Ahmed was very friendly, patient and thorough. However, I did not get any follow up call about all the blood tests and labs that they ran.

When I requested a note for work, dr ahmed refused to write a note for any date prior to my visit. He told me that my work shouldnt need a note. I told Dr. Ahmed I work for LA County and can not control the fact that they do need a note if I miss 3 days or more. Dr Ahmed stated "if my patients need a not if they miss work, do u realise how many notes I would have to write." Dr. Ahmed was very rude, I dont need him to tell me what my employer requires. I was sick, he clearly heard I was sick and refused to give a note for my employer. Absolutley rediculous

I guess the Dr didn't understand that I was out of my pain meds & a few others. I didn't understand why he couldn't prescribe all my meds. I just changed from kaiser to optum, so this is why you are receiving so many fair & poors.

The Doctor asked me about medications listed on my medical record, my response was that I do not take those medications listed on my medical record and I never did ( with the exception of two over the counter vitamins). As a matter of fact I was not even aware of these medications being listed on my medical record . I asked the doctor to please remove those medications from my medical records due to this error, and believe the Doctor did so.

The doctor did not give me medication, just gave me information to read and apply. He did not check where I was hurting, just talked. I called back to get medication from him, because the specialist did not see me . I have not heard from the DR.
