Pam has the patience of a saint with her patients. I have a cochlear implant and I have lost count how many times Pam has met with me. This last visit was the best, as she had to set up a new external device as our dog "ate" the last one! Honestly. Her manner is soft, nonjudgemental and comforting. She has gone above and beyond to help me hear.
