Unpleasant and careless
The worst healthcare provider I have ever encountered. Careless, rushed, and incompetent. Boyfriend felt like his heart wasn’t beating probably, as well as couldn’t breathe. Rachel didn’t even bother to use her stethoscope. Instead- she told him it was heartburn and to take medication for it. Days later he discovered a lump under his ribs that needed to be examined ASAP. HORRIBLE HUMAN.

Horrible
If you go to the page for the urgent care where Rachel works, you will see tons of reviews stating how awful her care and bedside manner are. She is rude, lazy and seems to be angry that patients are there to "bother" her, even though that's her job. With so many terrible reviews dating back over a year, why is she still working??

I have not seen a rude, insensitive, demeaning person, not even among the least educated people. She did not care to ask about my pain, incapacity to function... was quick to refuse the care needed. Arrogance like hers only reveals incompetence and lack of class. Very sad!
