Rae Anne is a breath of fresh air! In a time when you, a friend, or a family member is struggling with anxiety or depression, there is no better person to have on your side than Rae Anne. She is kind and easy to talk to, yet does not let you get out of the hard work YOU must do to get better. While you are doing that hard work, she is right there by your side. Her approach to working with clients is not formulaic but is tailored to each person.
