We first, should talk about how Rebecca enters the examination room...not your typical hi, how are you entry. She actually floated in with a million dollar smile on her face & greeted my Pops (her dimples got him) with a genuine interest in what he's been up to since hip replacement. He's 91 with some short term memory issues, but she addressed him (not me) with nothing but respect. She listened to everything he had to say or ask, & responded with answers he could process. None of the clinical words that he couldn't pronounce, or even possibly begin to understand. She was thorough & patient. We highly recommend her! The medical world needs to use her & her methods as a template for what a health care provider should 'provide'. Trask is blessed beyond measure to have her on his team. I'm sure he'd agree.
