No follow up after interventions, poor office communication, and refused to provide refills after office canceled appointment for unrelated X-ray. I was started on a new medication that required 3 month follow up that was canceled because provider wanted X-ray that was unrelated to infection. Follow up appointment moved but provider refused to give new medication prescription to cover until follow up appointment. There are choices, go to Newark or Columbus for your urology needs and receive better personalized care.
