I recently saw Bob for the first time one-on-one. I had been in a chronic pain management course that he led. During our first visit, I was very comfortable with Bob. When working with a counselor, a feeling of safety is paramount. I was comfortable with Bob from the beginning. He has an understanding demeanor. He quickly recognized and addressed my needs. We worked very well together in this first visit. I look forward to seeing him again.
