Asked for an increase in the adhd medication I have been on for about 2 years. She agreed but then wouldn’t release the new RX for weeks since I still had some old dose left.
What went well
  • Listened & answered questions
  • Explained conditions well
  • Appointment wasn't rushed
  • Trusted the provider's decisions
What could be improved
  • Office environment
  • Difficult to schedule appointment
  • Staff wasn't friendly

I came for a new patient visit with a short list of things to address-she did not bother to look at my file to see what had recently previously been going on with me and had a very different way of approaching issues and needs on importance level-with no concern as to my needs or wants for my health. Awful experience. I left short way through my short list- I decided we were not a good fit for each other- was charged alot of money for that visit but didnt even get through my list. Patients should get a free Doctor interview or at least a discount if all your items are not addressed.
