Great marriage counseling
My husband and I have seen Russell for marriage counseling. In the beginning, we were a mess and we saw him often. He got us through our tough time and gave us valuable skills and perspective. When we came to him, we had horrible arguments that were unproductive. With his help, we can now settle disputes with each other without heated exchanges. We are productive in our disagreements and can better trust each other. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Not sure how he's still in practice. Read through or skip to the end to find out why I'm amazed by this. During my first visit White randomly asked if I heard voices. When I said no he said I was wrong and that everyone heard voices, then asked, "don't you ever just talk to yourself and go over your to-do list in your head? Aren't you hearing a voice then?" Second visit I opened up about finding my best friend's body. He didn't say anything. He literally let me fill the silence for almost an hour. Never offered coping skills, never gave any exercises even when I asked outright. On my third and final visit, when I mentioned being suicidal, he said, "suicide is always an option." I don't care if you're trying to appeal to a sense of logic, being sarcastic, or whatever your reason is. That's never okay to tell a patient.
