Ryan Silverstein, PA

I saw Ryan for the first time and I felt she listened to my concerns and symptoms. Throughout the visit she checked in with me to make sure I was understanding what she was saying and the next steps of my treatment. The office staff and RN were all really friendly and helpful. The only thing that was a minor annoyance was that I filled out E-check in forms via AdventHealth’s app and it seemed that none of that info was available to Ryan or her staff during my appointment as I had to re-answer a lot of the questions.

PA Silverstein is very warm, kind, and patient. She focuses solely on you and you do not feel like a number. She takes time to ask about your history and your medications. You can tell that she takes the time to read your medical records; she’s detailed oriented. She asked about my concerns, discussed my options, and explained the tests she wanted me to have and why. She is very thoughtful and made sure to assuage all of my concerns. I appreciate her time and expertise!

Dr. Silverstein is easily one of the best primary care professionals I've had the pleasure of seeing. She is very warm, friendly, and very extremely personable. She always makes sure to cater to your needs by being extremely thorough and efficient. She takes time to make sure all your questions are answered and eases any nerves you may have had. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for new primary care in the Waterford area.

Ryan Silverstein is a petulant child if a patient so much as speaks up in contrast to her. Patients should not be forced into seeing a doctor they don't wish to see. Instead of working with patients she simply sends a letter stating she isn't willing to see them any longer. Sad really. She needs to mature a bit before being on her own for patient care.

Today was second visit. Ryan is wonderful.. takes her time I don't feel rushed. She listens and cares about what I had to say. She is very calming and nice which for some one that is uncomfortable with doctors is a good feeling.. I feel very comfortable going to see her. She is prompt and on time so Im not left sitting all day waiting. I would highly recommend her.
