I was initially upset by the proposed care. I was first seen by the MA for vitals , etc. Then I was seen by a NP who told me she would take my history and then discuss my case with the PA and then come back with a plan for me. This was unacceptable. I'm not playing telephone with multiple providers. So the PA came in and the three of talked and we formulated a plan that was acceptable to me. Each person contributed positively. I was very satisfied with this.

I felt like I was keeping her from something. She rushed through the visit and it was maybe 5 minutes. I didn't feel like anything I said mattered. She was going to provide me with information and I still have seen it as of today. My appointment was a month ago. I am cancelling my follow up visit and seeing someone else.

I am a 3yr patient of Sara's and there is nobody I trust more. I first met Sara when I was hospitalized with life threatening ulcerative colitis. And more recently she has overseen my treatment for c-diff. Sara is compassionate, understanding, and follows the best treatment plans available at the time. Sara has listened empathetically to all of my patient concerns and has always responded with encouraging words. Don't let her young appearance fool you, Sara is a true professiinal.
