Pleasant but....
Pleasant but needs to read patient's medical history prior to appointment. Therefore, her after visit summary was inaccurate and incomplete. She assumed that I was living this perfectly happy life when nothing could have been further from the truth. I was hospitalized in June for anxiety, depression & suicidal ideation which I have been experiencing for the past 3 years due to antipsychotic withdrawal disorder which I'm afraid has become permanent. I now have psychosis on top of bipolar which isn't going away. I won't be going back.
