As a family nurse practitioner who has worked side by side Shanna for months, I can whole-heartedly endorse her kindness, professionalism, knowledge, work ethic, and love for her patients. She puts In many unseen hours to go the extra mile for her patients, just to ensure they get the care the need, even if it means getting home later to her family. When I am unable to see a patient because I'm on vacation or because their insurance is out of network, I refer them to Shanna. I know she will take utmost care of my patients or anyone I refer to her. She is honest, thoughtful, kind, considerate, gentle, and follows through.

I have been most fortunate to have had Shanna as my PCP at the VA Bend Clinic. Her gentle, soft spoken manner - combined with her deeper spiritual understanding of life and medicine - have given me and others much comfort and peace who suffer with PTSD and are in need of medical attention.
