Excellent. Shannon was very professional and thorough in her description of the surgeon’s procedure and treatment of a shoulder injury. She made especially good use of photographs that were taken in the shoulder before and after the procedure. I had a much better standing of the work that had been done and what would be expected of me going forward in therapy. Shannon is very personal and easily put me at ease and relaxed with her studied and patient description of the work surgery. She answered all of our questions satisfactorily. Highly recommended.

Went for six week check up still having problems with arm Shannon was very receptive recommend strengthening therapy to help and if not to do another MR I she's vary caring and concerned about my well being

Shannon has amazing bedside manner. She listens to what you’re telling her and takes the time to explain your condition and treatment options in detail and then answers all your questions thoroughly. I have been extremely happy with my visits with her.

Upon arrival, I noticed that the waiting area was filled with people. But was pleasantly surprised that staff seemed to be moving them in & out. I checked in & did not wait long before I was called back. Filling out paperwork online seemed to help expedite this process . Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and professional. X-rays were quickly done and then I promptly saw Ms. Hailey. She was very efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I felt very comfortable even with having a steroid shot. Visit did not take long, but was very effective. I would definitely recommend Ms. Hailey to any friends or associates. It was definitely a good experience!
