I arrived early for my first appointment to complete the obligatory paperwork. I was taken to the back timely and then forgotten. During my wait in the back room, the room was re-stocked with supplies so they knew I was there. After about 45 minutes, the man who brought me to the back stepped in the room and had a surprised look on his face and asked if the doctor had been in...I said no and the man left the room. After another 15 minutes, I left. This is a terrible way to run a medical office and practice. It demonstrated the total lack of consideration for the patient! I will never feel comfortable with this provider and will of course not return.

He's exceptional in terms of maintaining good eye contact, writing down information from the interview, giving a sense that he is up to date with latest testing for canc and not in a big hurry . However, despite leaving a phone message and then adding an online appointment request, I have not heard anything from the person responsible for setting up a return visit. All the testing was done weeks ago on February 12th with no reply, i.e., phone call e-mail. etc. Either they are overloaded with patients and can't cope with the outpatient volume or was I simply was lost to follow-up Either way, It doesn't look good from my angle. Confidence in the doctor is still good. He's young and has a good way of explaining things, but it is waning with each passing day. The delay I'm experiencing is unfortunate and makes me more doubtful about continuing my care with this urology clinic.
