Stefanie Allen is everything the previous reviewer wrote. She helped my friend through a difficult surgery and failing result because of a rare bone disease that prevented the cochlear implant from working. She handled the whole process so well and cared as much as we did that the implant did not work. She helped my friend to adjust to and accept deafness. She was so kind and caring as well as the best audiologist.

I have been seeing Stephanie for 5 years now since a cochlear implant. She is the best there is! Very very caring along with very professional and educated in all aspects! She will go above and beyond what is expected!
