Dr. Susan Lesher, PHD

I was seeing Dr. Lesher for 2 years pre-Covid and stopped when the world stopped. I have many chronic health issues that exacerbate my mental health. Dr. Lesher helped me realize the reality of my life versus my assumptions due to my health. When Covid hit my health anxiety reached an all-time high which shot my chronic health issues into overdrive. I relied heavily on the techniques that Dr. Lesher taught me and, honestly, that's what helped me get through it all. Even now, when things get difficult or my pain is at a 10, I rely on what she taught me and that helps me cope. I highly recommend Dr. Lesher. She won't work miracles (no one can) but she is the best psychologist I have ever been treated by, ever. She is kind and very knowledgable. I never felt any judgement no matter how emotional I became or what comments I made about my perception of my reality. I haven't always had the best luck when it comes to medical professionals so when I find a good one I like to make it known.
