Dr. Tahrim Rahman, OD

Excellent Dr. who cares about her patients.

Dr. Rahman actually didn't do my refractive prescription. Rather it was an assistant whose qualifications were unknown and she wasn't able to answer specific questions I had. So a second assistant was sent in take over. Though appearing to be more competent and receptive to answering questions she was intend on moving me through the process as fast as possible. When I finally got to see Dr Rahman for a few minutes at the tail end of the process to evaluate the medical condition of my eyes, there was no explanation of what she was doing or why. Nor did she first confirm the refraction prescription was correct. Overall, she and most of the staff seemed to know what they were doing and she finally did ask at the very end if I had any specific questions. But it was a very rushed process, though there were no other patients in the waiting room. I guess I'll find out if there is any issue with the prescription when my glasses are done.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Rahman for the last two years. After going to several other doctors over the years, we finally found a doctor that we love and takes great care of us. She is not only knowledgeable, but genuinely cares and we love that about her. Can't wait to see her again next year!

Staff was unable to complete mom"s exam..... they were slow..... mom 86 has dementia and would say she needed to stop. Dr. Rahman said they needed to get mom's eye records and would call us to reschedule a visit. They never called and even after I called they never got us rescheduled. I took mom to Groom eye office......Dr. Martin... where they completed mom's exam and provided a new lenses prescription and advice.
