Pleasant but Ineffectual (2022)
A nice person & easy to chat with but rather stagnant with her knowledge re: dermatalogy. Didn’t get impression she keeps abreast of new information (she gave VERY outdated & not healthy suggestions). Totally allopathic, doesn’t consider ANY natural alternatives (which I have since I stopped seeing her & I’ve finally gotten some results!). Wrote multiple times incorrect info on her after-visit notes (does she assume patients won’t read these notes?), i.e. that she told me ‘x’ or did ‘x’ when she absolutely did NOT...and 2x it was age-related advice but definitely & absolutely NOT pertinent to MY age. Completely ludicrous. A month after my annual exam I asked her why my toenails were yellowed & gummy & she said it was toenail fungus. Now why didn’t she tell me that after the annual exam so I could treat that unappealing condition? I hate to ‘dis’ such a pleasant person but she’d be better working as an assistant. She’s the 1st NP I’ve not been satisfied. I do NOT recommend.
