Dr. Valerie has helped me through some very difficult times, very difficult losses, big decisions and has been very helpful to me. Her practice is very "real life", and based in her years of experience, education, and a very healthy level of personal experience. I have spoken to a couple therapists in my life with hopes of achieving an acceptable outcome, but have fallen short of having a connection, better described as enough "trust and confidence" in the practice. Dr Valerie has been amazing.
