I saw Yuko during my toughest time in life after a breakup. I was nervous seeing her the first session but I felt so much better when I left the office. She has a calming presence and is truly caring, insightful and gave me the tools I needed to get through it and helped me see things from different perspective. This was my first time in therapy and I was a bit nervous going in but it totally exceeded my expectations!
