Biography: Dr Michaelson is proud to bring his knowledge and experience to Premier ENT Associates where he will be a welcome addition to the central Dayton locale of Centerville and its surrounding areas. He has served the Dayton community as a private practice ENT for over 15 years. Dr Michaelson's practice includes all facets of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery. He performs a wide range of surgical procedures involving all ENT, with a focus on rhinology and sinus procedures. He is a national instructor for office balloon sinuplasty and is a prolific performer of this procedure. Dr Michaelson was also Colonel in the United States Air Force Air National Guard, a Senior Flight Surgeon, and is proud to have served over 20 years in the United States military, with 16 being active duty. His last deployment was to support Operation Inherent Resolve where he served as the flight surgeon of an active combat flying wing, completing over 100 combat hours while in theatre. He retired in March 2024 after 33 years of honorable service. His deployments saw action in Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Yemen, UAE, Egypt, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Kuwait. He has also served as an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences as well as a Clinical Assistant Professor with Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. He has authored over a dozen papers published in peer reviewed journals, authored multiple book chapters, has chaired seminars at international meetings, and has had the honor of appearing on prime time national news broadcasts to discuss some of his groundbreaking work on sleep disorders. Dr Michaelson received his undergraduate degree from the United States Air Force Academy, and then served as a physicist before returning to medical school at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, MD where he graduated with the Outstanding Medical Student Award. He completed his residency in San Antonio, TX and then was assigned to Wright Patterson Air Force Base where he served as Chief of Head and Neck surgery from 2008 to 2016. Dr Michaelson is an avid outdoorsman and cherishes the time he spends with his family.

Biography: Luxman Srikantha, DO is a graduate of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Suwanee, GA. He completed his residency in Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery at Michigan State University Detroit Medical Center in Detroit, MI. Dr. Srikantha is a member of a number of professional organizations including the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, the American Osteopathic Colleges of Ophthalmology & Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery, and the American Rhinologic Society.
