Care Philosophy: Dr Murtaza T Ghadiali is a Fellowship-trained Otolaryngologist who brings significant surgical expertise and experience to his patients. He is committed to providing excellent medical and surgical care to all his patients. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. He has published several scientific papers and textbook chapters. He has participated in many local and national clinical and research presentations and has received numerous research awards.

Biography: Dr. Stephanie Cordes works daily to provide patients the care she wants for her own family. A dedicated physician and mother, she understands the importance of providing the very best medical care for all members of your family. A native to the Houston area and a die-hard Aggie fan, Dr. Cordes believes a physician should be involved in serving the needs of their community. Dr. Cordes provides care for patients of all ages and for all ENT related diseases. She has a special interest in the management of nasal allergies and related sinus disease. Dr. Cordes grew up in Pearland and attended Texas A&M University receiving her undergraduate degree in biomedical science. She went on to attend medical school at UTMB in Galveston where she graduated with the highest honors. She stayed at UTMB to fulfill her internship and residency in Head & Neck Surgery. Dr. Cordes enjoys practicing medicine because she finds it fulfilling to make a difference in a patient's life. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery and a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. In her spare time, Dr. Cordes enjoys spending time with her two children, her husband, her parents and friends. She is active in her church and her children's school. She enjoys reading, swimming, traveling and photography. She loves Houston because she says it's a big city with a hometown feel.

Biography: Dr. Paul Gill completed his residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center where he received the honor of being appointed chief resident. After graduating, Dr. Gill joined the OU neurology faculty and served as and Assistant Professor. While at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, he was given the title of headache specialist and also established the first OU neurology satellite clinic in Edmond, Oklahoma. Along with a solid academic and clinic background, Dr. Gill has been active in various clinical research trials and published his work in well recognized scientific journals.

Care Philosophy: Dr Warren Morgan is dedicated to providing the highest level of care to all his patients and enjoys making a difference in their lives. Mindful that we all will become patients at some point in our life, Dr Morgan treats patients as he would expect himself or his family to be treated. He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia. After completion of medical school, Dr Morgan came to the Texas Medical Center and completed a surgical internship and residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine.

Care Philosophy: As an Otolaryngologist Head and Neck Surgeon, my goal is to provide patient-focused, evidence-based care with integrity, honesty and compassion. With advanced training in otolaryngology and specialized training in head and neck surgical oncology, I am committed to caring for the specific needs of each individual patient. My hope is that patients will feel heard, respected and cared for in my practice.

Care Philosophy: Dr Ashley Wenaas has a passion for both people and problem solving, which makes each patient encounter unique. She is continuously seeking new techniques and research that will help her better tailor each solution to her patients' individual needs. Dr Wenaas enjoys the full breadth of Otolaryngology, with particular interests in pediatric conditions, diseases of the paranasal sinuses, as well as endocrine disorders.
