Care Philosophy: Dr. Shrivastava specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of skull base tumors, meningiomas and pituitary tumors. He has sub-specialty fellowship training in complex skull base surgery that entails the use of minimally invasive technologies. These consist of endoscopic, 3D and stereotactic navigation in order to safely remove difficult and ``hard-to-reach`` brain tumors. Biography: Jeffrey Greenfield, MD, PhD is a board-certified neurosurgeon who specializes in pediatric neurosurgery. In addition he sees certain adult patients with congenital neurosurgical conditions. Biography: Dr. McKhann graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude from Duke University, with Research Honors for his investigations into brain tumor immunobiology. He attended Yale School of Medicine where he was AOA, Cum Laude, a Farr Scholar, and one of five recipients of the medical school's highest thesis award. Dr. McKhann trained in Neurological Surgery at the University of Washington, as well as Atkinson Morley's Hospital in Wimbledon, England. Dr. McKhann combines clinical skill and compassionate care to maximize patient outcomes. He treats patients with a variety of brain conditions including Brain Tumors, Epilepsy, Movement Disorders, Adult Hydrocephalus, Chiari Malformations, Cavernous Malformations, Trigeminal Neuralgia, and Neurotrauma. His areas of particular technical expertise include microneurosurgery, computer guided stereotactic neuronavigation, intraoperative awake brain mapping, neuroendoscopy, minimally invasive brain surgery, gamma knife radiosurgery, deep brain stimulation, and cerebrospinal fluid shunting.

Biography: John A. Buza, MD, MS, is an orthopedic spine surgeon at NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group Queens. He specializes in conditions of the spine, with a focus on minimally invasive techniques and advanced technology using computer navigation. Dr. Buza treats patients with diseases and disorders, including adult scoliosis, herniated disk, spine arthritis, cancer of the spine, sciatica, and addresses fractures, infections, injury, and pain. Dr. Buza graduated from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons with his Master's in Human Nutrition and remained there to complete his medical degree. He served his residency at the Hospital for Joint Diseases at NYU Langone Orthopedic Hospital and completed his fellowship at Norton Leatherman Spine Center at Norton Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. Throughout his training, Dr. Buza has been active in clinical research, publishing his work in medical books and journals, including Physical Sports Medicine, the American Journal of Orthopedics, and the Clinical Review of Bone Mineral Metabolism. He has presented his research at annual meetings for the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the North American Spine Society, and the Orthopedic Research Society. Dr. Buza is a member of several professional organizations, including the North American Spine Society, the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, and the American Medical Association.
