Care Philosophy: My father is an internal medicine physician. I grew up seeing how much joy he got from caring for patients. He was definitely my role model and I aspire to emulate his compassion for his patients and passion for the field and science of medicine. A kind person who cares about their problem, will listen to their concerns, educate them about their ailment and provide options for treatment.

Care Philosophy: I am a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in sports medicine. My practice focuses on sports-related injuries and minimally invasive arthroscopic procedures with an emphasis on the knee and shoulder. I enjoy educating patients on their condition so that we can determine the best course of treatment together. I am currently the team physician for Hill-Murray School. I have previously served as the team physician for St. John's University and Sauk Rapids High School , and look forward to being involved with the local schools' athletics.

Biography: I graduated from St. Catherine University in 2021 and have 12 years of nursing experience. I work at Tria Orthopedic Spine Care Program in Stillwater and Hudson. I am passionate about helping those with neck and back pain return to activity or improve quality of life. My practice offers a collaboration between patient and clinician to determine a care plan that best fits their life.
