Biography: A distinguished surgeon, Dr. Kump has spent his career serving both his patients and his country. This Colonel and US Army Reservist was an active duty US Army Physician at the McDonald Army Hospital in Fort Eustis, VA. As an Orthopaedic Surgeon in the Army Reserves, he was initially commissioned to the Signal Corps and after completing medical school transferred to Medical Corps. Biography: Dr Hepper is an orthopedic surgeon with specialty training in hand, wrist, and elbow surgery and additional training in minimally invasive techniques and microsurgery. His practice focuses on all aspects of hand, wrist, and elbow problems.
