Biography: James Pan, MD is a graduate of Northeast Ohio Medical University in Rootstown, OH. He completed his general surgery residency at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH and went on to complete a vascular surgery fellowship at Southern Illinois University (SIU) School of Medicine in Springfield, IL. Prior to moving to Ohio to be closer to family, Dr. Pan served as an assistant professor of surgery at SIU School of Medicine. Most recently, he served as a staff vascular surgeon at Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster, OH, where he held the positions of Vice-Chief of Surgery and Director of Vascular Services. Additionally, he served as an Adjunct Professor of Radiology at The Ohio State University Medical Center Dr. Pan is board certified by the American Board of Surgery. He is a member of the American College of Surgeons and the Society of Vascular Surgery. Dr. Pan is a vascular surgeon in Dayton, specializing in treating conditions affecting blood vessels. He completed his general surgery residency at Tufts University, Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA and a Vascular Surgery Fellowship at Harvard Fifth Surgical Service, New England Deaconess Hospital in Boston, MA. Dr. Schwartzberg is board certified in Vascular Surgery by the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Schwartzberg is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is a member of several professional organizations including the Southern Medical Association and the Society for Vascular Surgery.

He completed his general surgery residency from Mount Carmel Medical Center in Columbus, OH and his vascular surgery fellowship from The Ohio State University Medical Center. Biography: Jordan Sasson, MD is a graduate of New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY. He completed his general surgery residency at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital, Mount Sinai Health System in New York, NY where he also completed a research fellowship. Dr. Sasson completed his vascular surgery fellowship at Jackson Health System/University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in Miami, FL. Dr. Sasson is board certified in vascular surgery.

Biography: Christopher Hackett, PA-C received his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Kettering College of Medical Arts in Kettering, OH in 2018. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Thomas More College in Crestview Hills, KY in 2003. Christopher is board certified as a physician assistant by the National Commission of Certified Physician Assistants.

Biography: Katie Whelan, FNP earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, OH in 2018. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH in 2009.
