Care Philosophy: My father is an internal medicine physician. I grew up seeing how much joy he got from caring for patients. He was definitely my role model and I aspire to emulate his compassion for his patients and passion for the field and science of medicine. A kind person who cares about their problem, will listen to their concerns, educate them about their ailment and provide options for treatment.

Care Philosophy: My interests include all aspects of the hand, wrist and elbow. I enjoy taking care of patients of all ages, from newborns with congenital issues to adults with traumatic injuries and arthritic conditions. My goal is to help my patients return to the highest possible level of function. When not taking care of patients, I can usually be found outside playing with my family, swimming, hiking and bicycling in the summer, and skiing in the winter.

Care Philosophy: I chose to specialize in hand and upper extremity surgery because I enjoy treating a wide variety of patient conditions, from fractures and tendon lacerations to chronic conditions like arthritis and carpal tunnel syndrome. Our hands are such an important part of how we interact with the world, and I take great pleasure in helping to maximize my patients' function while minimizing pain.
