Biography: Dr. McCulloch a Board-certified, fellowship-trained, CAQ-certified Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeon, and holds the John S. Dunn endowed Chair in Orthopedic Surgery at Houston Methodist Hospital. He is a long-time Team Physician for the Houston Astros, and the President-elect of the Major League Baseball team physician association. He is also the Head Team Physician for Rice University.
