Biography: Dr. Ismail earned his medical degree from the Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences in India. He completed a residency in internal medicine at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Dr. Ismail was part of the Internal Medicine faculty at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. He is accredited by the NCQA (National Committee of Quality Assurance) and is a Level III Medical Home Provider. Dr. Ismail is board certified in internal medicine.Dr. Ismail focuses on all aspects of Internal Medicine and is a strong advocate for preventive medicine and community well being. He has volunteered in some of the remote areas of South Africa and Asia. In his spare time, aside from home improvement projects, he enjoys road trips with his family. His goal is to travel all 50 states by car.

Biography: Dr. Lynn Jeffrey, DO is a Family Practitioner who practices in Omaha, NE. She is 38 years old and has been practicing for 10 years. Dr. Lynn Jeffrey, DO is affiliated with CHI Health Lakeside.

Biography: Dr. So Yun Park Grace most recently practiced with Southwest Medical Group in Vancouver Washington where she provided family medicine care. Dr. Grace also has experience in joint injections skin biopsy procedures and toenail removal. She is fluent in Korean.

I agree that the team effort of a great office staff, a motivated patient, and myself can work together to achieve that health. I see my specific job to be one of a diagnostician, a teacher, a good communicator, and an encourager. Biography: Dr. Michelle Ellis earned her medical degree from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine. She completed her residency in the Lincoln Family Practice Program. Dr. Ellis is active in her church, has served on multiple committees via The Physician Network and Saint Elizabeth Regional Medical Center and is serving on the Board at the Child Advocacy Center. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, music, movies and spending time with her family.

Biography: Dr. Church earned her medical degree, a Doctor of Osteopathy, at Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed a residency in family medicine at Clarkson Family Medicine in Omaha. Dr Church is a member of the Arnold P. Gold Humanism Honor Society. A Doctor of Osteopathy completes the same medical training as a physician with an M.D. degree, but has undergone extra training in diagnosing illness and injury and encouraging the body to heal itself through osteopathic manipulative treatment, a hands-on approach to preventive medicine.
