Biography: I was first drawn to obstetrics and gynecology because I enjoy the diversity in medical and surgical issues. In addition to the ever-evolving technology of gynecologic surgery and minimally invasive procedures, I enjoy offering my patients office procedures, contraceptive options and high-risk obstetrics care, as well as routine prenatal, preventive and well-women care. The most important part of my practice is having the great privilege of being a part of women's lives during some of the most significant decisions and moments they will experience.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Batool believes that management of chronic disease, especially diabetes, is a team effort. A non-judgmental approach is best when it comes to this diagnosis. Her main role is supporting and helping the individual find the best way to manage their condition.

Biography: I enjoy providing care for patients during some of the most personal parts of their lives. I work to develop relationships and deep connections that help provide the best treatment for patients throughout their reproductive health. Whether it's helping my patients through pregnancy or navigating changes with menopause, I want to be there. I am specifically interested in offering contraceptive options, family planning, managing high-risk pregnancies, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, and comprehensive gender-affirming care. Developing strong relationships with my patients better enables me to provide comprehensive care.

Biography: I enjoy providing the highest quality and empathic care to women from all backgrounds and cultures. I was raised in Mexico City and have been in the US since 2009. My path has tremendously helped me to appreciate diversity and in turn provide sensitive and personal healthcare to women. I feel listening is the key to empathize with my patients. I believe in honesty, transparent communication and compassion. I had two intensive years as a research fellow downtown Detroit n maternal fetal medicine where I specialized in ultrasonography in high risk pregnancy. I also trained with a special interest in minimally invasive and robotic surgery, areas I feel passionate about. I love to enjoy time with my family. I am a big fan of animals and I recently adopted a mix Labrador named Benito. Music is my alternate world. I love to sing and play guitar. Bike rides, exploring Minneapolis with my husband and Benito, spending time with my family are some of my favorite activities.
