Care Philosophy: Dr. Crawford received his undergraduate degree in 1996 from Georgetown University. He received his MD in 2001 from Yale University School of Medicine and completed a Howard Hughes Medical Institute Research Fellowship in Genetics and Molecular Biology in 1999. He subsequently completed internship and residency training in Internal Medicine in 2004 at the New York Presbyterian Hospital Â? Weill Cornell Campus. He spent the following year studying the effects of dietary components in cancer prevention under support from the NIH. He has completed his fellowship in GI in 2008 at Weill Cornell Campus.

Biography: Dr. Ofem Ajah is a gastroenterologist in Brooklyn, New York and is affiliated with NYP Brooklyn Methodist Hospital. He received his medical degree from University of Ilorin Faculty of Health Sciences.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Jacob received her B.S. in biology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and her medical doctorate from Albany Medical College. She completed her internal medicine training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. She subsequently finished her gastroenterology training at Columbia Presbyterian, College of Physicians and Surgeons. She did further sub-specialty training with an advanced fellowship specifically in inflammatory bowel diseases under the tutelage of Dr. Ellen Scherl, Director of the Jill Roberts Center for Inflammatory Bowel Diseases.
