Care Philosophy: Dr. Kalava is an internal medicine and geriatrics physician with special interests in dementia, fall prevention, polypharmacy, adult primary care, preventive medicine and community geriatric care. She believes in listening to patients, answering their questions and actively involving them in decision making.

Care Philosophy: I am a member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS) and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS). I completed a fellowship in Adult Reconstructive Surgery and Joint Replacement at Virginia Tech/Carilion Clinic. My training focused on anterior hip replacements, knee replacements, and complex hip and knee revision surgery.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Deborah Mahoney enjoys the challenges and relationships that come from taking care of muti-generational families as well as unique individuals. Each person, from birth to age 101, has specific needs and deserves to be empowered to improve their own health trajectory.
