She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee, after which she attended Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, where she received her medical degree. She then completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Virginia Commonwealth University. After residency, Dr Marth worked in private practice in association with Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City for several years.

I enjoy taking care of the women in our corner of North Carolina. \n I am married and have two teenage daughters. My biggest passion in life - outside my work as an OB/GYN - is raising strong, intelligent and independent young women. In my free time, I love spending time with my family. I also enjoy boating, photography and painting.
