Biography: Polina Sadikov MD, is a graduate of 1st Medical School in the USSR. She completed her residency in family medicine at Wright State University in Dayton, OH. Dr. Sadikov is board certified in family practice by the American Board of Family Medicine. She is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Sadikov is a dedicated family medicine physician with a passion for comprehensive care. Dr. Davis-Brown's postgraduate training was at the University of Michigan Hospitals/St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor. Dr. Davis-Brown is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. She has a special interest in preventative medicine, risk factor reduction, women's health, and diabetes. Dr. Davis-Brown joined Brookville Family Care in 2006.

Biography: Christopher Lauricella, DO is a graduate of Florida State University and Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in Family Practice at Grandview Medical Center in Dayton. Dr. Lauricella is certified in Family Practice by the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. Dr. Lauricella has a special interest in cardiology and sports medicine. He has been with Premier Physician Network since November 2006.

Biography: James J. Klosterman, MD joined Premier Orthopedics in 1997 after fulfilling his service commitment in the United States Air Force. He is a graduate of the University of Dayton and the Cincinnati College of Medicine, and completed his residency in Orthopaedic Medicine at the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Klosterman provides operative care for a broad set of orthopaedic conditions, including arthroscopy of the knee and shoulder and joint replacement of the hip, shoulder and knee. He is credentialed to offer the Uniknee™ replacement option to suitable candidates. Dr. Klosterman is a member of the UD Sports Medicine Staff. He is well respected in the Miami Valley and acts as the orthopaedic consultant to area high school and club athletic programs. In 2007, Dr. Klosterman was selected as the Collegiate Team Physician of the Year by the Ohio Athletic Trainers Association. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Biography: Julie Larson, MD is a graduate of Carroll College and the University of Washington School of Medicine. She completed her residency in family medicine at the University of Utah at Salt Lake City. Dr. Larson is certified in family practice and geriatrics by the American Board of Family Physicians. She has a special interest in women's health and geriatrics. Dr. Larson has been with Premier Health Family Care -North since 2002.

Biography: Dr. Hester graduated from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Miami Valley Hospital and Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018). Dr. Hester is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Biography: Joseph P. Allen, MD, FAAFP is board-certified in family medicine and is a graduate of Wright State University School of Medicine. He completed his residency through the Dayton Community Family Practice Residency Program at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018). Dr. Allen's special interests include pediatric health, sports medicine and preventive medicine. Dr. Allen is also the Premier Physician Network Regional Medical Director. He lives in Dayton with his wife and two children. Dr. Allen is a Credentialed ImPACT® Consultant trained in treating concussions as well as administering and interpreting the ImPACT® test.

Biography: Jordan Grilliot, DO is a sports medicine physician and orthopedic surgeon in Dayton, OH. He is a graduate of Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, OH. Dr. Grilliot completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Aultman Hospital in Canton, OH and went on to complete an orthopedic sports medicine fellowship at Ochsner Health Foundation/Sports Medicine Institute in New Orleans, LA. During his time in New OrleansDr, Grilliotserved at the assistant team physician for the New Orleans Saints NFL team, and the New Orleans Pelicans NBA team. He also provided medical coverage for the NFL Scouting Combine as a member of the New Orleans Saints medical staff. Dr. Grilliot is a former starting outfielder at Marietta College in Marietta, OH and won two college baseball national championships. He is a graduate of Northmont High School and is now the team physician there, in addition to helping treat other local area high school athletes. Biography: Tammy J. Taylor, DO is board certified in pediatric medicine. Dr. Taylor received her medical degree from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Athens, OH, followed by her residency at Doctors Hospital, Columbus, OH. During her residency, Dr. Taylor held the position of Chief Resident in Pediatrics. She was also honored with the Community Service award for her work with the Pediatric Clinic. Dr. Taylor received other numerous honors and awards during her medical school and undergraduate education. She joined the Premier Physician Network, The Pediatric Group in 2003.

Biography: Chauncy Eakins, MD, received his medical degree Ross University (NJ) in 2008, and completed his residency at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center (NY) in 2014. Dr. Eakins completed his fellowship at Michigan Sports and Spine in 2015. Dr. Eakins will work with Michael Verdon, DO, a neurosurgeon at the Clinical Neuroscience Institute at their office at Miami Valley Hospital North. The two physicians will work together in a single, convenient office location in order to collaborate on patient care for nonsurgical and other treatment options.
