He will only offer surgery if he truly believes it will help his patients. He does not force surgery on anyone. The patient and Dr. Quinones will make the decision together on the best surgical option for the patient. We will look for minimally invasive options if possible but also make sure to provide a durable solution to minimize the chances of needing surgery in the future and provide long-term pain relief. Biography: Rabindra Kitchener, MD graduated medical school at Christian Medical College Hospital in Vellore, India. He completed his neurology residency at University of Cincinnati Medical Center in Cincinnati, OH where he also completed a clinical fellowship in neuromuscular disease. Dr. Kitchener is a member of the American Academy of Neurology. He is board certified in neurology. Dr. Kitchener has been serving the Troy and Sidney community for more than 35 years.
