Biography: Daniel Gaudin, MD, Ph.D, FACS, received his medical degree from Montreal University College of Medicine (Canada) and completed his residency at Montreal University (Canada). Biography: Saad Kanaan, MD is a graduate of Jordan University of Science and Technology in Jordan. He completed his neurology residency at The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Centers in Oklahoma City, OK. Dr. Kanaan went on to complete a headache medicine fellowship at Brigham and Women's Hospital/Harvard Medical School. He is a member of multiple professional organizations including the American Headache Society, American Academy of Neurology, and American Medical Association.

Biography: Jennifer Jerele, MD, received her medical degree at Loma Linda University School of Medicine, and completed her residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Biography: John Terry, MD is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Medicine. Biography: Julie Neff, CNP earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from Wright State University. Julie serves on the outpatient ischemic stroke clinic team. Julie serves as a clinical stroke program manager. Prior to becoming a CNS and stroke program manager she served as a clinical nurse in the Intensive Care Unit at Miami Valley Hospital. She is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

Biography: Robert Rodgers, CNP received his Master of Science from Chamberlain College of Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner in 2018. Robert received his Bachelor of Science in nursing from Wright State University in 2013 and his Associate Degree in Surgical Technology from National College in 2011. Robert received his Bachelor of Science in Physiology of Exercise in 2003. He is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. He has been a registered nurse since 2013. He brought 14 years' experience as a nurse to his career as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Biography: Indresh Venkatarayappa, MD, earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Bangalore Medical College (India) and completed an orthopedic surgery residency T.N. Medical College (India). He also completed an orthopedic surgery internship and residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Dr. Venkatarayappa completed surgical training in the United Kingdom at MRCS Edinburgh and was fellowship trained in traumatology at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine and MRCS. He is board eligible in orthopedic surgery. Dr. Venkatarayappa specializes in orthopedic surgery. Biography: Michael Prayson, MD, received his medical degree at Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine, and completed his residency at Akron General Medical Center. Dr. Prayson completed his fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Dr. Prayson is board certified in orthopedic surgery. He subspecializes in orthopedic trauma.

Biography: Gina Orlando, CNP received her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, AL in 2015. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University School of Nursing in Indianapolis, IN in 2004. Gina is certified as a Nurse Practitioner from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Gina has been a registered nurse since 2004. She brought ten years' nursing experience intensive care and post-anesthesia care and to her career as a family nurse practitioner.
