Biography: James J. Klosterman, MD joined Premier Orthopedics in 1997 after fulfilling his service commitment in the United States Air Force. He is a graduate of the University of Dayton and the Cincinnati College of Medicine, and completed his residency in Orthopaedic Medicine at the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Klosterman provides operative care for a broad set of orthopaedic conditions, including arthroscopy of the knee and shoulder and joint replacement of the hip, shoulder and knee. He is credentialed to offer the Uniknee™ replacement option to suitable candidates. Dr. Klosterman is a member of the UD Sports Medicine Staff. He is well respected in the Miami Valley and acts as the orthopaedic consultant to area high school and club athletic programs. Biography: John Powell, MD, earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine and completed an orthopedic surgery residency at Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Powell has served as Commander/Orthopaedic Surgeon with the 655th Forward Surgical Team, Forward Operating Base Ghazni, Afghanistan, and was the Orthopaedic Surgery Flight Commander, 88th Medical Group, Wright Patterson Medical Center. Dr. Powell specializes in orthopedic surgery. He is a Fellow in the American Association of Orthopaedic Surgery and a Member of Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.

Biography: Sara Marietta, CNP received her master's of nursing, family nurse practitioner, from the University of Cincinnati in 2015. Sara received her bachelor's in science, nursing, from Wright State University in 2011.

Biography: Michelle Strizak, PA-C received her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies at Kettering College in Kettering, OH and her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana in Champaign, IL. Michelle is certified as a physician assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Biography: Aaron C. Harju, MD is a board certified family practice physician who earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, Cincinnati, OH. Biography: Saad Kanaan, MD is a graduate of Jordan University of Science and Technology in Jordan. He completed his neurology residency at The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Centers in Oklahoma City, OK. Dr. Kanaan went on to complete a headache medicine fellowship at Brigham and Women's Hospital/Harvard Medical School. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio in 2013 and her Associate Degree of Applied Science in Nursing from Sinclair Community College in Dayton, OH in 2007. Biography: Irina A. Gendler, MD is a board certified family medicine physician who earned her medical degree from Novosibirsk State Medical University, Novosibirsk, Russia. She is also board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology after completing two residencies in Russia. In the U.S., Dr. Gendler completed a family practice residency at Dayton Community Family Practice, Dayton, OH in 2006. She is fluent in English and Russian. Biography: Joseph P. Allen, MD, FAAFP is board-certified in family medicine and is a graduate of Wright State University School of Medicine.
