Biography: Anton George Kelly, MD is an Assistant Professor of Surgery in the division of Trauma, Burns, Critical and Acute Care at Weill Cornell Medical College and Assistant Attending Surgeon at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center. I approach all procedures with minimally invasive methods whenever possible, utilizing robotic, laparoscopic and endoscopy to treat diseases such as gallstones, bile duct stones, colon cancer, appendicitis, hernias and many others. Additionally I treat conditions requiring emergency surgery including perforations of the intestines, trauma and intra-abdominal infections. My practice focus is predominantly gastrointestinal diseases and hernias including hiatal hernias and paraesophageal hernias.
