Biography: Dr. Greg Westmoreland is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and fellowship trained Sports Medicine specialist in South and Northwest Austin. Dr. Westmoreland grew up in the Houston area and graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Baylor University with a degree in Biology. Biography: John Edeen III, MD joined Pediatric Orthopedic Associates of San Antonio in 1997. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Columbia College in New York, New York. While there, he earned three varsity letters in rowing. He graduated from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in 1985. While there, he participated on the rugby team. Dr. Edeen's surgery internship was at the U.S. Naval Hospital in Oakland, California. Following his internship, he served as the medical officer aboard the USS Peleliu (LHA-5), an amphibious assault ship. He completed a six-month deployment to the Western Pacific. Dr. Edeen did his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at the U.S. Naval Hospital in Oakland, California from 1988 to 1992. He then served as a general orthopedic surgeon at the U.S. Naval Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida.
