He completed his internship in internal medicine at Port of Spain General Hospital, Trinidad and Tobago. Dr. Pacquette has worked in private practice and has acted as a preceptor at Michigan State University Medical School in Midland, Michigan. Dr. Pacquette is board certified in internal medicine and a member of the American College of Physicians.
