Dr. Copeland offers many years of neurosurgery experience with specialized training in treating minimally invasive spine surgery. An active researcher, Dr. Copeland developed and was the first to perform intrauterine repair of myelomeningocele, a severe form of spina bifida.In addition to his medical degree from the University of Missouri School of Medicine, he holds a PhD in neuroanatomy from there as well.
