Biography: Dr. Rodrguez is a board-certified urologist with expertise in the surgical reconstruction of pelvic floor conditions. A clinical and basic scientist, Dr. Rodrguez has published more than 100 original studies in peer-reviewed journals such as the Journal of Urology, Urology, and Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. She is the principal investigator of the NIH-sponsored Multidisciplinary Approach to the Study of Urologic Pelvic Pain (MAPP) research network, which investigates the underlying causes of bladder pain syndrome and how best to treat it. Dr. Rodrguez has received numerous research grants and served as reviewer of multiple journals and member of study sections for the NIH, including its Kidney and Urologic Systems Function and Dysfunction Study Section. She has received multiple research awards from the American Urological Association as well as its Western Section, and the Society of Urodynamics, Female Pelvic Medicine, and Urogenital Reconstruction (SUFU). In 2008, Dr. Rodrguez received SUFU's Paul Zimskind Award, which honors physicians who are within 10 years of completing residency or fellowship and have made significant contributions to the field of pelvic medicine and voiding dysfunction, primarily through basic and clinical research.Dr. Rodrguez earned her bachelor's degree in mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1989 and her medical degree in 1994 from Stanford University School of Medicine. After completing a urology residency at Stanford University, Dr. Rodrguez joined UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine, where she completed a fellowship in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery (formally known as Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery) under the direction of Dr. Shlomo Raz, as well as postdoctoral research training under Nobel Laureate Dr. Louis Ignarro. She joined UCLA's faculty in 2001 and became a professor of urology and of obstetrics and gynecology, co-director of the Division of Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery, and director of female urology research until 2014, when she was recruited to USC.

Biography: Dr. Janice Aubeys practice is dedicated to caring for women from adolescence through menopause. Her clinical practice is divided between office care, in-patient obstetrics, and surgical gynecology. She prides herself on maintaining a breadth of practice which permits her to serve as a healthcare provider and adviser for patients throughout their reproductive years. Dr. Aubey elected to study medicine after working in community planning in Cameroon, West Africa. She earned a Master's in Public Health from Tulane University of School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine and a Medical Degree from Case Western Reserve School of Medicine. Her interest in global health led her to travel throughout Africa and Latin America. She speaks French and Spanish proficiently. She completed a year of post-graduate training at Memorial Sloane Kettering where she studied indicators for quality of life in patients following extensive surgery for advanced pelvic cancers. Dr. Aubey serves as Medical Director of the Postpartum Service at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center. As a front-line practitioner and researcher by training, she is actively involved in obstetric simulation, protocol development and the re-design efforts for labor and delivery and the postpartum service. Simulation in obstetrics allows medical team members to re-create emergencies such as shoulder dystocia, postpartum hemorrhage, and hypertensive crisis in order to critically evaluate practices. These exercises ultimately lead to improved team coordination preparedness. Dr. Aubey's administrative activities support her focus on patients' healthcare experience by working to improve patient safety and quality assurance.

Biography: Mary L. Rosser, MD, PhD, NCMP is the Director of Integrated Women's Health and the Richard U. and Ellen J. Levine Assistant Professor of Women's Health (in Obstetrics and Gynecology) at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. She joined the faculty of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Columbia University in April 2018 to provide routine gynecology care and to further develop a comprehensive well-woman program. She has been a practicing obstetrician gynecologist for more than 20 years, starting in private practice and then joining the faculty at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY. While at Montefiore, she created, launched, and led the forty-person Division of General Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Rosser received her undergraduate degree at Emory University and a PhD in Endocrinology at the Medical College of Georgia. She attended Wake Forest University School of Medicine and completed her residency at Emory University.She is also a NAMS Certified Menopause Practitioner, able to provide high-quality care for patients at menopause and beyond. Primary care and heart disease in women have always been areas of focus for Dr. Rosser. She conducted basic science research on heart disease during graduate school and was the Chair of the "Women & Heart Disease Physician Education Initiative" for District II of the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology. She continues to conduct clinical studies around patient awareness and understanding of heart disease and well-woman care. Dr. Rosser serves on the Medical Leadership Team of the Go Red for Women movement of the American Heart Association and she is ACOG's liaison to the American College of Cardiology.
