Biography: Dr. Jeffrey Jamesis a graduate of the University of Dayton and Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his family medicine residency training at Trihealth Bethesda. Dr James completed his fellowship training in sports medicine through Trihealth Bethesda through which he also spent time with Beacon Orthopedics and sports teams from Xavier University, College of Mount St. Joseph, and Sycamore High school. Dr. James is board certified in family medicine with added qualification in sports medicine. He practices withPremier Orthopedics. Dr. James is Medical Director and team physician for University of Dayton Athletics. He is also Medical Director for the Miami Valley Hospital South sports medicine programs and is team physician for Centerville High School athletics. Dr. James' clinic practice focuses on non-operative orthopedic care for adolescents and adults, as well as the full spectrum of sports medicine needs. Dr. James has training in the use of musculoskeletal ultrasound for both diagnosis as well as use for needle and procedural guidance. Along with ultrasound, Dr. James has special interest in orthobiologic injections such as prolotherapy, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), and stem cell procedures. Biography: Julio Soto, MD, FAAFP is a family medicine physician who earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. He completed his clinical fellowship in urology at Emory University School of Medicine and his categorical in family medicine at the University of Toledo College of Medicine. Dr. Soto is a member of a number of professional societies including: Continental Who's Who, American Health Counsel, American Academy of Family Medicine, American Medical Group Association, Ohio Academy of Family Medicine, International Society of Men's Health, Sexual Medicine Society of North America, and the American Urological Association. Dr. Soto is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice.

Biography: Anessa Alappatt, MD is a graduate of Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine. She completed her residency in family medicine at Indiana University's Methodist Hospital. Dr. Alappatt is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She has been with Fairborn Medical Center and Premier Physician Network since January 2008.

Biography: Susan F. Davis-Brown, MD is a graduate of Wright State University and the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Biography: Louis C. Okafor, MD graduated from University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in Rochester, NY. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Dr. Okafor completed his fellowship in joint preservation, resurfacing, and reconstruction at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO.
