Care Philosophy: All living things exist in a delicately balanced state. Disease is the manifestation of an imbalance. Prevention of disease (learning how to prevent imbalance) is the biggest contribution the provider can make to the well-being of the patient. For the sick, as a provider, I feel my job is to identify the cause of an imbalance and help the patient regain health. Most healing comes from the patient- I can help guide the body's natural healing abilities, but I cannot create health.

Care Philosophy: My clinical care philosophy hinges on the principle of being able to do something for patients that would improve their quality of life in the face of often devastating neurological illnesses.
