Biography: Eric Fester, MD graduated from the United State Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO. He attended medical school at The Uniformed Services University of Health Services in Bethesda, MD. Dr. Fester completed his internship at David Grant Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base, CA and his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Wilford Hall Medical Center at Lackland Air Force Base, TX. He completed an Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Fellowship at Cincinnati Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center in Cincinnati, OH. Dr. Fester is a diplomate and fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and is a member of the American Orthopaedic Society of Sports Medicine. Dr. Fester offers the newest cartilage restoration technique available, matrix-induced autologous chondrocyte implantation (MACI) cartilage transplant. MACI transplant, a two-step procedure using the patient's own cartilage, is most effective for active patients, from their teens to 50s.

Biography: Josh Ordway, MD is excited to serve residents of the Miami Valley region through his medical office, Springboro Family Medicine. Dr. Ordway grew up in a village in northwest Ohio. After completing his undergraduate studies in economics at Princeton University where he was a 3 sport NCAA athlete, Dr. Ordway attended The Ohio State University to take pre-med courses so that he could attend medical school. Dr. Ordway graduated as a doctor of medicine from the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in 2010. He completed his residency program in Dayton through the Wright State University Family Medicine Program in 2013. Dr. Ordway lives in Springboro with his wife, Megan, and their 3 adorable children. He is a former quasi-professional marathon runner. Some of his accomplishments include winning the 2008 Columbus marathon and running in the 2008 and 2012 Olympic marathon trials, placing 21st and 47th, respectively. Dr. Ordway continues to compete at a high level and can be seen running in local races. Dr. Ordway looks forward to caring for family members spanning from infants to the elderly. Some of his special interests include dermatology, geriatrics, joint injections, pediatrics, skin bump and lump removal, sports medicine and women's health. Biography: Leanne Demmitt, CNP received her Master of Science in Nursing from Purdue Global University in 2018. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kaplan University in 2015 and her Associates Degree in Nursing from Fortis College of Nursing in 2010. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Leanne has been a registered nurse since 2010. She brings her nursing experience in medical surgical care and emergency medicine to her career as a family nurse practitioner.

Biography: Louis P. Heckman, MD is a graduate of the University of Dayton and The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Heckman has a special interest in diabetes.

Biography: Michael Ruff, MD was born and raised in the Dayton area. After attending medical school at the Medical College of Ohio, he completed his training in Family Medicine at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018) in Dayton, Ohio in 2001. He has worked in both private practice and academic teaching settings including Wright State University's School of Medicine. His professional interests include office based procedures and providing care for the whole family, including newborns through geriatrics. His personal interests include spending time with his family, sports (especially golf), reading and writing.

Biography: Heather Brahm, APRN, FNP-C earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Wright State University and Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University. Heather is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, American Association of Critical Care Nurses, and Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society.

Biography: Jay Hoffman, MD is a graduate of Duke University and the Wright State University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Kettering Medical Center in Dayton. Dr. Hoffman is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He has been with SureCare Medical Center since 1995.

Biography: Saad Kanaan, MD is a graduate of Jordan University of Science and Technology in Jordan. He completed his neurology residency at The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Centers in Oklahoma City, OK. Dr. Kanaan went on to complete a headache medicine fellowship at Brigham and Women's Hospital/Harvard Medical School. He is a member of multiple professional organizations including the American Headache Society, American Academy of Neurology, and American Medical Association.

Biography: Chethana J. Raghupathy, MD is a primary care provider who earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degrees from the University of Mysore, India. She completed her residency training at Wright State University in Internal Medicine and is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She is a member of the American College of Physicians. She has a special interest in diabetes and hypertension/lipid management. Dr. Raghupathy has been with Associated Specialists of Internal Medicine since June of 2004.
