Biography: Jennifer Jerele, MD, received her medical degree at Loma Linda University School of Medicine, and completed her residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Dr. Jerele completed her fellowship at Duke University Medical Center (NC). Dr. Jerele is board certified in orthopedic surgery.

Biography: Michael G. Raab, MD received his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Notre Dame (1985), and his medical degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago (1989). He completed his residency training in orthopedic surgery at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, Springfield, in 1994, and received the Outstanding Surgical Resident Teaching award. Dr. Raab then served as an orthopedic surgeon at Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Ft. Gordon, GA, providing a wide range of general orthopedic surgery services, including trauma and fracture care;sports injuries;total joint replacement; shoulder, hand and elbow surgery; and hip, knee, and ankle surgery. He was a member of the Joint Replacement Service, andChief of the Handand Upper ExtremitySurgery Service. He was also a member of the teaching faculty for the Army orthopedic residency training program. Following four years of active duty, Dr. Raab practiced in Georgia and Ohio, and joined Premier Orthopedics in 2011. He is Board Certified in orthopedic surgery and a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeonsand American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the Society of Military Orthopedic Surgeons andthe American Association for Hand Surgery. Biography: John Powell, MD, earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine and completed an orthopedic surgery residency at Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Powell has served as Commander/Orthopaedic Surgeon with the 655th Forward Surgical Team, Forward Operating Base Ghazni, Afghanistan, and was the Orthopaedic Surgery Flight Commander, 88th Medical Group, Wright Patterson Medical Center. Dr. Powell specializes in orthopedic surgery. He is a Fellow in the American Association of Orthopaedic Surgery and a Member of Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.

Biography: James J. Klosterman, MD joined Premier Orthopedics in 1997 after fulfilling his service commitment in the United States Air Force. He is a graduate of the University of Dayton and the Cincinnati College of Medicine, and completed his residency in Orthopaedic Medicine at the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Klosterman provides operative care for a broad set of orthopaedic conditions, including arthroscopy of the knee and shoulder and joint replacement of the hip, shoulder and knee. He is credentialed to offer the Uniknee™ replacement option to suitable candidates. Dr. Klosterman is a member of the UD Sports Medicine Staff. He is well respected in the Miami Valley and acts as the orthopaedic consultant to area high school and club athletic programs. Biography: Eric Fester, MD graduated from the United State Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO. He attended medical school at The Uniformed Services University of Health Services in Bethesda, MD. Dr. Fester completed his internship at David Grant Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base, CA and his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Wilford Hall Medical Center at Lackland Air Force Base, TX. He completed an Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Fellowship at Cincinnati Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center in Cincinnati, OH. Dr. Fester is a diplomate and fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and is a member of the American Orthopaedic Society of Sports Medicine. Dr. Fester offers the newest cartilage restoration technique available, matrix-induced autologous chondrocyte implantation (MACI) cartilage transplant. MACI transplant, a two-step procedure using the patient's own cartilage, is most effective for active patients, from their teens to 50s.

Biography: Dr. Jeffrey Jamesis a graduate of the University of Dayton and Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his family medicine residency training at Trihealth Bethesda. Dr James completed his fellowship training in sports medicine through Trihealth Bethesda through which he also spent time with Beacon Orthopedics and sports teams from Xavier University, College of Mount St. Joseph, and Sycamore High school. Dr. James is board certified in family medicine with added qualification in sports medicine. He practices withPremier Orthopedics. Dr. James is Medical Director and team physician for University of Dayton Athletics. He is also Medical Director for the Miami Valley Hospital South sports medicine programs and is team physician for Centerville High School athletics. Dr. James' clinic practice focuses on non-operative orthopedic care for adolescents and adults, as well as the full spectrum of sports medicine needs. Biography: Louis C. Okafor, MD graduated from University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in Rochester, NY. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Dr. Okafor completed his fellowship in joint preservation, resurfacing, and reconstruction at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO. He is a member of a number of organizations including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, International Congress for Joint Reconstruction, American Association for Hip and Knee Surgeons, and Orthopaedic Trauma Association.
